When the university is threatened with closure

Today there are many universities that are threatened with closure. The biggest reason for this is that these places are short of money. I hope you will consider the following suggestions to avoid the closure of your favorite school.

First, I suggest a small tuition fee for each student. Only students from poor or broken families could be excluded from having to pay it. Some more money could be raised by organizing charity events such as homemade cake and cookie sales, as well as making Christmas and Easter cards and selling artwork by our most talented students. This would make the school more self-sufficient.

Second, there seems to be a solution to the current repairs problem. Many of the parents own home repair businesses so they can do the repair work for their school for free. The name of these sponsors would be mentioned in the School Chronicle and the school could save a substantial amount of money.

Thirdly, I would like to suggest that your school could rent out its sports facilities after school hours, such as the gym, fitness club and playing field. If your school is new and still in good condition, it could become popular with members of your community as a place to exercise their bodies and minds. In this way, the place would become a social meeting place for most of them. Also, some of its classrooms could be rented to language schools to organize various language courses.

Finally, I think it is a duty of the government to provide the school with enough money to help. The future of our country depends on the education of today’s youth. In addition, young people must receive the education to which they are entitled. In conclusion, it can be seen that there are some ways for your school to avoid the closure, in case my suggestions are taken into account. This institution could not only serve educational purposes but could also serve all members of our community and be a part of it.
