Three phases of the Master Cleanse diet

Is the Master Cleanse Diet easy to do? Yes, the diet is easy to follow. The instructions are quite simple and the ingredients are not hard to find. However, it takes a lot of will and dedication to finish even a 3-day cleanse. Without the proper motivation, it would be difficult to even finish a day!

If you really want to try this amazing cleansing duo, you need to plan ahead. Look at your calendar and plan your diet accordingly. You need to make sure that you avoid strenuous activities while performing the Master Cleanse. Do not hike or run long distances while you are in the program. That is wrong and possibly dangerous.

Most people love for 10 days. It is actually the recommended duration for this detox diet. You can also do 3 days if you want. Some people can last up to 60 days. Remember that a doctor’s advice and supervision is needed if you are going to do the cleaning for that long. Master Cleanse may also not be safe for pregnant women. So if you have a bun in the oven, just wait after you’ve delivered your baby.

EASE IN

The first in the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet is Ease. You need this if you want to prepare your body for the cleanse. This is effectively done in 3 days. For the first day, processed foods are eliminated from the diet. The next day, juices, soups and broths are the only foods allowed. For the last day, you can drink orange juice and plain water. Every morning, you must do the Salt Water Flush. This wash is not that easy to do but it is a vital part of the diet. At night, a laxative is taken to help the body eliminate mucus.

FACILITATE

This is the last part of the diet. Ease out is basically the contrast of the Ease In part. If you’re done with the Master Cleanse diet, you can start Ease Out. Therefore, for the first day after cleansing, you can only drink orange water and plan. The next day, you can already drink soups, broths and other juices. On the third day, you can eat fruits and vegetables. Never skip this part. If you eat regular food one day after the Master Cleanse Lemonade diet, you will certainly not feel good. Most people feel nauseated and some people have reported vomiting.
