The word of God can be described using various shapes and symbols. It is powerful, foolproof, and has a lot of potential that can be positively applied to any situation. What are the various ways that can be used to describe God’s word undiluted?

Sword

The sword is an instrument of war that was made famous by Roman soldiers. It can be used as a defensive and attacking instrument depending on the situation. It can be compared to the sword. It is not just an ordinary sword, but a double-edged sword that can pierce to the marrow of the human soul.

hammer

The hammer is an instrument that is often used to break stones and other objects during construction. It is also known as a hammer because it can be used to destroy all the works of the enemy, especially during spiritual warfare.

seed

Usually a seed is used during planting of crops. It seems very small, but when it germinates, it can grow into a giant tree that produces thousands of fruits. That is exactly what the word of God represents. It is like a seed that is sown in the human heart. If the heart is fertile enough, that seed will eventually blossom and bear fruit that will last.

mirror

A mirror is an object that can be used to give a faithful reflection of an image. Women often spend hours looking in the mirror to make sure they are well dressed. It is a basic item found in every home. The word of God can also be referred to as a spiritual mirror used to look into our individual hearts. When we meditate on it, we see ourselves as we really are and make amends when necessary.

Fire is a great instrument that can be both useful and dangerous depending on what we use it for. When used in cooking, it can be useful, but when it comes into contact with our bodies, it can be devastating. The word of God is also known as a consuming fire. It devours any element of sin and creates a cleansing effect on the individual.

lamp

The word of God is a lamp to our feet, and a light to our path. A lamp is extremely useful, especially where it is dark. Through this instrument, when we can see hidden things in our life and focus on whatever area we find ourselves in. Enlighten and guide the believer.

food

When we eat physical food, it acts as food for our physical body. The word of God can be compared to spiritual food that can enrich our spirit and feed our soul.

Then the word of God convinces, breaks, regenerates, reveals, consumes, enlightens and nurtures the individual.
