These same people will buy all kinds of expensive gym equipment, probably something they saw on TV during one of those late-night infomercials you can’t help but be a night owl. Then, when they bring the high-priced item home, they end up using it as a hanger.

What is? Walking. All you need to do is decide on a daily plan of walking 2-3 miles a day at a brisk pace. You can even get one of those walking videos from the library (to keep it free) where you do the walk in your living room. You don’t even need a treadmill for that, just your TV.
