Real estate investment in central Bangkok

Real estate investment in any capital city becomes very lucrative, especially when the location of the property is in the heart of the city. Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, is no exception to this. Buying a property located in the city center of Bangkok is very good. It can assure you a very good return when selling the property. Any property along the route from Siam Square to Asoke Junction is always worth choosing. This is probably the most expensive and important area in Bangkok. This area is well connected to various important parts of the city.

If you are heading to buy a property to live here permanently, you will have ample scope to enjoy almost all the modern facilities and conveniences that the city has to offer. You may choose to purchase a property in this location when you have a higher budget. If you are looking for property in Bangkok on a lower budget, you can head to the southern, northern and western districts of the city.

This article will include only the property options in central Bangkok. I will write about property options in Bangkok’s South, North and West districts in my next articles. Therefore, follow the following articles to get an insight into the real estate market in Bangkok.

Property Options in Downtown Bangkok

It is an undeniable fact that the property to live in central Bangkok is comparatively low. The reason is that the vast majority of the complexes are intended for commercial uses. Consequently, there is a shortage of residential properties. Therefore, if you are looking for a residential property to invest in this area, you need to search for a longer period of time. You will not find new townhouses in Bangkok or vacant land allocated for townhouse investment from BTS stations to Siam Square to Ekamai (central Sukhumvit). From BTS stations to Ekamai, there are numerous commercial properties to do business. Therefore, it is easier to find a module to open a business than to have a residential flat in this area.

If you are looking for a flat in central Bangkok, you can move to Chit Lom or Chidlom. This area is just one stop ahead of Siam Square in the east. Although the proximity to central Bangkok has made the area expensive, it is much lower than any location from Siam Square to Asoke Junction. Chidlom is basically a high-rise condominium. This skyscraper consists of two towers: Tower A and Tower B. It is a 24-story building that has more than 597 units for comfortable living.

Includes almost all modern conveniences such as:

• Swimming pool
• Gym
• Green Point
• Body water
• Arabic room
• Event hall
• Game room
• City View
• Gym
• Steam room
• Yard
• Covered parking
• Kids room
• Playground
• Clubhouse
• Event hall
• CCTV monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• 24 hour security
• Card entry

Try to invest here for the correct use of your money.
