The movement of a fetus inside the womb and the mega project that put men on the Moon have something simple in common; – repetition, that is, “trial and error”.

The way we master tasks is by repeating the different steps over and over again. – How many times did you stammer pp and mm until you could say mommy and daddy?

We are all aware of the amount of information that a child can learn in a short time. And the reason is simple; – Children are not afraid of making mistakes.

But what does all this gibberish have to do with the number 21?

Please don’t expect to find scientific explanations here, but the mere experience of a common person.

I have learned and believe that it is necessary to repeat an action 21 times until it becomes a “habit”. Theoretically, if I drink a glass of water every day, as soon as I wake up after the twenty-first day, I will have developed that habit.

But, I would like to share a very simple tip, which also shows the Magic of Number 21.

For example, someone who wants to quit smoking should give the following instruction to their own subconscious mind:

I need to go 21 days without smoking anything.! If that person manages to meet this basic goal, then they will be well positioned to beat the addiction, because these 21 days give them back the pleasure of “life without tobacco”.

On the other hand, instructions like “I will not smoke again” are often rejected because the subconscious does not want to forget the illusion of that “relaxing cigarette” after lunch, at bedtime, or even the “holding style.” a cigarette between your fingers.

But right now you may be wondering; – Do I need to smoke marijuana for 21 days to become dependent on such an addiction? – Probably not.

What probably motivates someone to smoke weed is the fantasy itself (maintained for 21 days? – Maybe).

Remember that despite its complexity, your brain is playful, purely childish. And once again, also remember that children are not afraid of making mistakes.

Therefore discipline yourself to always maintain a good way of thinking. Apply the rule of number 21.

However, my commitment here is to reveal my personal life experience with the number 21. Thus, and to shorten this article, I will only cite a few examples:

  1. September 21st, 1992 (1+9+9+2=21), I was then 21 years old since I was born on 06/15/1971 (15+6=21), a dream come true; – I started working as a Deck Cadet aboard the Cape Verdean Ship “MINDELO”.

  2. On August 21st, 1995 I started working as First Officer on board the Cape Verdean Ship “13 DE JANEIRO”. It was my first job.

  3. I graduated in Rio de Janeiro, a city/state whose telephone code is 21.

  4. For some reason I didn’t like my first Seamen’s Book. The second aired on May 21.st2001.

  5. 21 were the last two digits of my parents’ first home phone number.

  6. 21 is the last two digits of my work cell phone number.

  7. I learned how to calculate my “Lucky Numbers” (something to discuss in a future article), and noticed that the sum of the first 4 numbers equals 21. Depending on the method used, our fifth Lucky Number is exactly the day of birth. of each individual.

  8. To no surprise to me, I also realized that my “Life Path Number” is derived from the Number 21.

What if I ask you; – What is the percentage of Oxygen in Fresh Air?

Take a moment to analyze your experience with numbers, 21 or others.
