G-holders for vegetables, B-holders for beans, O-holders for onions, M-holders for mushrooms, B-holders for berries, and S-holders for seeds. More importantly, what are the benefits of eating G-bombs?

Greens G

Vegetables are plant leaves that are eaten as a vegetable. Vegetables are also called green leafy vegetables, salad greens, green vegetables, leafy greens, green leafy vegetables. They are the number one food we can eat regularly to help improve our health.

Leafy vegetables are low in calories and fat, high in protein, dietary fiber, iron, and calcium.
